While the Mandu Festival will take place from January 7 to 11, 2023, the Skydiving Festival in Ujjain has already begun. The fourth iteration of Mandu's big festival, which strives to highlight the city's ancient past mixed with contemporary energy, will take place this year.

The aforementioned festival, which takes place every year, features a wide range of cultural pursuits, outdoor activities, performing arts, workshops, art installations, poetry readings, nature walks, and other pursuits. In addition to Orchha, Mandu has also been included on the preliminary list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

More than 2000 guests are anticipated to attend the Mandu Festival, and Sheo Shekhar Shukla, Principal Secretary of Tourism and Culture and Managing Director, MP Tourism Board, noted that it will be a terrific opportunity to showcase Madhya Pradesh to the entire world.

According to rumours, this edition will also have well-known musicians showcasing their work, while regional tribes and artisans will also participate in the festival. Hot air balloon ride, cultural exhibitions, bike tours, adventure sports, rural tourism, performances of traditional folk dance by local artists, and more are among the significant events that will take place during the festival.

The option to reserve a tent in the city of tents is also accessible. Please be aware that the Ujjain Skydiving Festival will continue through January 15, 2023.
