Lakshman jhula is a 450 feet long iron bridge across the Ganga river, which is situated in Rishikesh. This bridge connects the two villages Tapovan and Jonk. From 1929 this bridge was opened to the public. Lakhman jhula also offers an amazing view of river Ganga and some temples of Rishikesh city. Laxman jhula is a religious landmark of Rishikesh. Every year thousands of tourists visit this place.
